When I first started my online business, I had all the certifications, expertise, and beautiful branding — but I was still missing one key piece: an sales strategy! Aside from a few inbound leads, consistent sales felt out of reach. I knew my work was powerful, but when it came to confidently enrolling clients, I felt scattered and unsure where to focus.
That’s when I hired a sales and marketing coach, Devyn (who you’ll meet below!). Together, we built systems, clarity, and momentum that changed everything. I learned how to connect deeply with my audience, show up with confidence, and create a repeatable process that I could rely on.

Before Trésor House, I built and scaled an online coaching business to 7-figures, and through that experience, I learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t.
Yes, the money was great… but I kept hearing that inner voice asking, “What good is all this success if you don’t have the time to enjoy it?” We were doing everything manually: sending hundreds of DMs a day, taking countless sales calls, onboarding every client by hand. It was nonstop. And while the business was growing, my freedom wasn’t. It started to feel less like entrepreneurship and more like a glorified job.
After six years of being fully self-employed, I realized the missing piece: systems. The kind that automate the repetitive tasks, simplify the complex ones, and gives you your life back while still allowing your business to grow.

What if I don’t like cold outreach, like DMs, calls or emails?
This process doesn’t involve “cold DMs” with our Live Conversion Method we show you how to bring your prospects to your live event where you’re in your element. Think attracting over chasing, and selling one to many vs one to one.
What if I’m not good at sales?
Our live conversion method takes out the need to be a sales master. We’ll show you how to build real authority and credibility with them before the launch so when you make your pitch it’s effortless.
What if I’m part of another coaching program already?
No problem at all. You can still take advantage of the software to build your funnels and courses etc., mindset calls, and community to compliment what you’re already doing.

What monthly calls are included?
1x Mindset call with Jess. She’s a certified mindset coach who specializes in the sub-conscious mind. 1x Strategy call with both Jess & Dev. We go through our Live Conversion Method and provide clarity with the process. 1x Tech call with Dev. He’s a systems strategist and he’s built the systems for his last 7-figure business.
How good is the software?
You can track leads, manage all your messages from socials in one inbox, send calendar links, book calls, process payments, and collect signatures. You also get unlimited websites, funnels, forms, quizzes, courses, communities, and automations. Plus, you can run email and SMS campaigns, post across all major social platforms, and track your analytics—all from one dashboard… it’s good.
What if I’m not great at live presentations?
That’s absolutely normal and we all start somewhere. If you’re willing to learn then we’ve got some incredible tools, resources and calls to help build you up. If you don’t want to go live at all, then you can still use the software and community support but our live conversion method won’t work for you.
I’ve run a masterclass before and I didn’t get any clients…
We can understand the frustration of it but the thing is knowing how to do it properly is something entirely different. When doing it properly, you can see which area you need to improve upon so you get better and better with it. This is a strategy that gets you better results the better you get at it.
What if I’m not techy?
No worries at all, our software comes equipped with self-paced, thorough step-by-step tutorials walking you through setting up your business. We also have a monthly call where you can get live support in real time. In between calls, you also have the ability to submit a support ticket where we will create a breakdown of your question and add that to the library of other tech questions. We also do have DFY services available for an additional fee.
What if I can’t attend a call?
All of the calls are recorded and uploaded to the back office so you can watch and stay up to date with the materials.
Does this actually replace ALL of my applications?
You can consolidate all of your operational applications though you will still need third party applications like Zoom, Canva, Stripe, Quickbooks etc.
